RETURN & REFUND
At HigginCreek Store, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you aren't 100% satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase for free. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Detailed refund cycle：
It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your refund order.（This time is not included in transit time） Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
1. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
2. Please note that we do not accept returns for refund on clearance/promo/discounted items. As well as any items purchased with a coupon code or items that are discounted are final sale.
3.We also do not accept returns or exchanges on hand made products or lingerie of any kind.
4.We also cannot guarantee changes to an order once the order has begun to be processed.If your package is lost due to an error made by the post or another secondary factor such as inputting the incorrect shipping information within your order details, HigginCreek Store will not be held responsible.Of course, we will try our best to solve related problems for you.
5.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
6.For non-quality reasons, the return shipping fee needs to be borne by the customer.
7.If you need a return, please contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods
Order cancellation: Please be aware that we charge a $5 restocking fee for any order that is cancelled after it has been packed. This fee covers our shipping supplies and labour.
**Shipping and taxes will not be included.
If a return package is not shipped within 7 days of receiving the return materials the return will no longer be valid for a refund.**

Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off you package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please mail us, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
